Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Dip

½ cup semi-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
250g cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
¼ cup fresh basil

Add tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to a food processor and process until blended.

Add fresh basil and continue to process until smooth.

Chill for at least one hour before serving.
