Butterscotch Slice

115g butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup coconut
250g milk chocolate, melted

Topping:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons golden syrup
395g tin condensed milk

Mix 115g melted butter, brown sugar, self-raising flour and coconut together. Press into a greased and lined lamington tray and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Mix 1 tablesoon melted butter, golden syrup and condensed milk together. Spread over cooked base and bake for a further 15-20 minutes.

Pour melted chocolate over warm slice and allow to set.
