2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
90 grams butter, melted
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup each white choc chips, milk choc chips and dark choc chips
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 12 hole muffin pan with patty cases.
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl with the choc chips and stir to combine.
Mix the wet ingredients together and then quickly mix into the dry ingredients.
Spoon mixture into the muffin pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked. Be careful not to over cook muffins.
